If you are unsatisfied with your shipment of our product, for any reason, please feel free to send that product back to us unopened and undamaged within 30 days for a full refund.

Make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your product shipment. We will email you instructions on how to get the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and you will receive an email from us confirming that the transaction has been processed.

  • We are not liable for returned products that are damaged or lost in transit to Foggy Acres.

  • We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
